Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and associates of All For Women (AFW) and AbsoluteLeigh Media, their agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter (this will be verified when the winner is notified of their win).
3. To enter, you must satisfy the eligibility requirements and during the Promotional Period:
* Entrants log on to http://www.allforwomen.com.au to enter.
* Once online, Entrants will need to follow the links to the promotion home page.
* To enter Entrants will be required to answer the question as stated in the individual competition.
* Entrants will also need to enter a valid email address, to ensure they can be notified if they are a winner.
4. Promotion commencment and closing dates are as stated in the individual competition (“Promotional Period”).
5. Chance will form no part of the process of selecting the winners. Winners will be chosen solely on the skill demonstrated on meeting these criteria. Entries must be the Entrants’ own work and must not infringe any rights of third parties.
6. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be determined by a judging panel consisting of 4 All for Women employees.
7. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and winners should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize.
8. AFW reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of AFW to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Cost of accessing the Internet is the entrant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. AFW is not responsible for receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
10. A prize, or any unused portion of a prize which is not used within the specified period, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.
11. In the event that a prize is not available despite AFW’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, AFW reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal recommended retail value.
12. AFW accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
13. AFW is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. All entries become the property of the AFW. You give AFW a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to reproduce, communicate, publish, edit, adapt or otherwise use your submission, including the right to sublicense to others in AFW’s discretion.
15. AFW collects Entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that AFW may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to AFW.
16. AFW reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of AFW.
