I can’t believe it is another week already. Have been very busy the last week and it feels like I must have lost a few days somewhere.

Can you believe there is just over 2 months till Christmas! Such a scary thought.

This weeks All Women Carnival is a very special one. Megan at Imaginif has done an amazing job. Not only is she offering up a prize for this weeks participants. She has done an amazing job of presenting it. So how can you enter to win this lovely prize Megan is offering….

  • You get one pre award point for having already submitted a post (one point per blog site).
  • You will get one point per comment left at the bottom of this edition, and
  • You will get two points for a link back to this edition (have you registered and claimed your blog at Technorati? Makes it easy to keep track of links).
  • Point collection ends at 9 am, Saturday 27th of October, 2007 (Australian time). To be considered a potential winner, leave your point tally in the comment section below. No point tally, no entry (I’ll check so no cheating either!).

    it seems that the participation contest I ran for the Carnival had no clear winner (nobody added their tally). So....I have decided to send the prize to you to use as you think best for another Carnival.

    The host guru did suggest that he was about to revert to pigeons for getting messages throughout the internet...that took my mind off my annoyance and made me laugh!

  • Ok I have what may well be a stupid question, I know there aren't supposed to be any but keep in mind there is a first time for everything. I don't have a blog, I have a website; can I still participate? When I started up making my own websites I got down and dirty with CSS and websites, mainly because I didn't know how to install wordpress on my server. Now I'm just lazy and don't want to learn how to manipulate wordpress, (insert large amounts of pouting here).

    I know the two aren't all that much different, still it's not a blog and this is a blogging carnival. Across the great world of blog carnivals can I participate with a website or are you going to make me learn wordpress, because if I have too...well damn I just will then.

    Sorry your having problems Megan. I haven't had any problems accessing your site. I hope the problems sort themselves out quickly for you.
  • Would you believe it! The internet host has changed servers to a new data center and they are having problems not anticipated!!!!!! It seems few people can get into the Imaginif site (I'm one who can't get in).

    I apologise profusely if you are trying to get into the Carnival and leave a comment for the participation competition. Will let you all know through here once the servers are serving those of us who need out sites up again!!!!!!!
