I love getting junk mail, all the fab catalogues could nearly be the best part of Christmas for me. Pouring over all the nifty things, and checking out who has what for how much. What’s even better, these days you can read them on most of them online.

Another great site for finding a bargain is OzBargain. Here you can share specials and bargains with other shoppers. There are some really fantastic specials coming through here, and you get usually hear about the sales and special offers earlier. If you get in and share some bargains that you find, you have the chance to win one of two $20 prizes each week.

    Hi! Thanks for the plug. Just some clarification regarding weekly competition at OzBargain. You actually cannot win $40 in any particular week. There are two prizes — $20 for the most voted deal, and $20 for a random deal posted on that week. It was implemented in a way that they actually cannot be the same person…

    And we have been giving out almost $2,000 since the competition launched last December :)
