I know its silly.... My DD is off to school for the first time. we bought her school shoes today and a backpack... and I am starting to feel "no.. I dont want you to go" she is so ready to go and very excited... I will lose my best right hand person.... That first day is so hard. I'll be thinking of you as you see your little one off to big school. Next year my eldest will be off to highschool. Another toughy, I'm sure. We went to the shops yesterday and there were crazed parents running around filling their trolleys with stationary and school stuff. I'm SO not there yet... Christmas is still fresh in my mind and the Christmas moths are still in my wallet! Oh.
That first day is so hard.
