What's did you have for dinner tonite?

Leftover night for us as I didn't finish work until late. Was going to be mexican beef wrap things but couldn't be bother cooking it. It will keep for tomorrow night.

Last night we had a "Pot-Luck" dinner, and the whole family came (11 of us) which was great. (Pot luck is where everyone who comes, brings a pot of something, soup, stew, casserole or pudding, and you take pot luck as to what you have!)
It was great, so much food!!!!

So, tonight, I just didn't feel like eating. I had a sandwich for tea with home made lime curd on it. :) (John and Robert had lamb chops for their tea)

Last night we went to a Thai restaurant for dinner so I had lots of yummy things. Tonight will probably be a quick meal because I don't feel like cooking and there is a mountain of washing up to do. Maybe some meat and some peas and corn.

Last night we had Roast Beef, baked vegies (pumpkin, potatoes, parsnip, carrots, garlic cloves *mmm my minty breath*) and steamed broccoli. Lots of gravey of course. Followed by a banana Paddle Pop LMAO

Tonight we are going out to dinner with our neighbours to an Italian Resturant :)

Sorry i'm a little late in posting here so i'll tell you what i had last nite and tonight for dinner...

Last nite i got home from work to find hubby had been marinating some nice skinless sausages all day so i cooked them up with cheesy rice and carrots and they were soooo yummy!! And then i had the last of hubby's birthday cake for dessert which i made the night before...it was choc fudge cake with honeycomb mousse icing and loads of Nestle choc drops all over it!!

Tonight for dinner i made Apricot Chicken from scratch with rice and it turned out nice...too bad i wasn't very hungry though :(

Well tjhis weekend I had seafood seafood and more seafood ....well being in the NSW central coast i guess thats bound to be the main menu lol
