Hi girls. I am currently looking into and developing a new business making homemade body beauty products. I have a survey that I have done up which I would like people to complete and send back to me. The information gathered by this survey will be used for my new business venture and will give me general information on individual and family hygiene and simple beauty trends. The questions are quite simple, with most of them being multiple choice. I have an on-line version or a paper version, depending on which one people would like to answer.
