What is your most treasured gift that you have recieved?
Apart from the beautiful gifts my children make for me. My most treasured gift would be a pig ornament my dad bought for me when I was about 18 it has a dad pig a mum pig and a baby pig all cuddled in together. One of the reasons I think it is so special to me is that it was the first present my dad went out and bought for me on his own.
So what is yours??

Jewellery from my mum and stuff that she gave me before she died.
An old gold (rose gold) cross on a neck chain that was left to me by my beloved nana.
It has been in our family for generations. I think it is about 150 years old, maybe a little more, originally belonging to my great, great grandmother.

mine would be my embroidery machine. I made over 1000 finger puppets to get that sucker & I love it!

That's a tough question. Naturally I love my engagement ring and wedding ring. I have my Grandmother's engagement ring which means so much to me. Then I also have a beautiful bracelet that my Dad picked out for me when I finished my post-grad studies. Hmmm I think I see a pattern there - I obviously like things that twinkle

Hmmmmm this is going to sound really stupid but mine would have to be my air con that is in the lounge room. My dad brought it for me last year for xmas after me nagging him for it. I even got it put in before xmas too which he also did, its just a window unit :)
My dad never buys me decent presents and when him and mum were together she'd always have to buy them and just say they were from both of them and last year seen as he was with mum then too it wa s ahuge shock to actually get it. This year if I do get my slow cooker, it will be added to the list :)
Mine is a tv that my pop gave me before he died. The tv dosnt work anymore but I wont throw it away

Mel, I can understand that.....I still have a Transistor Radio (over 50's will remember) that I received for my 10th Birthday.
Who cares if it doesn't work?
I also have a gold and pearl necklace that my Nanna had remade for me from her wedding jewellery for my 21st.
And I never take off my diamond initial that my ex gave me. Not even for a chest Xray the other week....made for an interesting picture.
All of my TT's notes to me from the first time he was able to write are kept very safe indeed.
