What do you use to keep your home smelling nice? I find the canned air freshners too strong and overpowering. I put some water soluble essential oil like lavender or tea tree in a spray bottle, fill it up with water and use that instead. Any other ideas?

Congratualtions Patricia!! On the beautiful necklace and earrings set :)
For our home, I use the powdered deodorant, which I sprinkle onto the carpet about 10 minutes before vaccumming.

I had a go at making soap and stuff at home. So have a lot of fragrant and essential oils. I stick them in an oil burner...Mmmmmm.
I think I am addicted to smelly stuff LOL

If you could imagine the smell of a rainbow, that is how I would describe my house. With all the different aromas of soap, it is hard to distinguish! The essential oil in water is a fantastic way of spreading a wonderful aroma. We do the same thing in the car & other places that the soap aroma doesn't reach.

I have some plug in ones, I also have a lot of scented candles. I don't burn them, but they always give off a subtle scent :)
