rash on baby

10 month old DS woke up with a small rash on his upper leg this morning - it's very localised, small red dots (kind of like pimples?) across the front of his upper thigh. It definitely wasn't there last night. It is not irritating him at all. He is fine, well in himself, absolutely normal otherwise (doesn't even have a cold!). His diet hasn't changed, he hasn't had vaccinations recently, he hasn't had a fever.

What does it sound like? Is it likely to be infectious? If it's still there tomorrow I will take him to our Dr but they aren't open on Sunday and I'm pretty sure I'll just get a brush-off if I take him to a Medical Centre for such a minor thing.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Don't worry - after I changed him out of his pyjamas, it eventually went away, must just have been an irritation from his jammies.

Kids are funny arent they? The little things that they do and the things that they react to!! Dont worry, I have panicked big time in the past for the littlest things.
