I was a Pantene girl for years. I just thought I had freaky hair, and malted more than the 4 cats combined. Only time it didn't fall out in clumps was when I was pregnant.

A few months ago I tried the new Herbal essences fruity flavours, I am a whore for anything fruity smelling LOL. And my hair doesn't fall out anymore :dk:

Only trouble is, it makes my hair really greasey :( I wash every day.

So wondered if anyone elses used something yummy? That won't send me bald, or look like I have dunked my head in a deep frier.

At the moment I use Sun Silk. It's okay (not very fruity, though). I am going through the post-natal hair loss thing at the moment though so I'm losing clumps of hair no matter what I use.

I used to love the vidal sassoon stuff that came in the maroon and pink bottles - can't get it anymore.

I did try the Herbal Essences and also found it made my hair lank and yuck so haven't tried it since.

When we were DINKs and had money to burn, I used TiGi's gentle cleanser shampoo and Honey and Oatmeal deep conditioner - oh, it was fantastic, it left my hair feeling so good.

In any case, I haven't had my hair cut since I was pregnant so it's looking extremely ratty anyway.

I have not been very vigilant with my hair care. I used to use Pantene back in the old days when it wasn't so advertised and it actually did good for my hair (I was a teenager tho so maybe it was the hormones) but now it just makes my scalp itchy as all heck. I tried herbal essences and its good but my hair gets 'used to it' and doesn't do anything after a while. Just using some cheap-o fruit smelling stuff at the mo (lame I know!).

I've been using Pantene for years now,it seems to be the only shampoo that does anything 'good' for my hair.
If i use other shampoos it just goes greasy way to quick.
I do use other shampoos, but Pantene is always my main shampoo :)

I always stuck with Pantene, as I liked the way my hair was using it. I just thought the falling out in clumps was me LOL. Wasn't till I switched, for a few months, and had hubby go by me some conditioner, and he accidentally bought Pantene, 2 days using it and hair falling out in clumps again.
I think I would rather the falling out than being greasy though LOL

I'm using Kerastase by Oreal can't really afford it but it's good for my permed and tinted hair!
I used a Charles Worthington shampoo recently and the perm only lasted a few weeks, so I thought I'd better go back to Kerastase.

I have used the cheapest 2 in 1 shampoo for years now and i've never had a problem Hairdressers always comment on how healthy my hair is. I have never dyed it and only had it permed once, when I was in my teens so that coould be why.

Alex maybe you should shave it off with me on saturday then you won't have the greasy or falling out problem :Hehe:

My OH shaved his head recently and he keeps commenting on how much cooler it is - so that is something to look forward to as well! (or maybe not now that it is coming into winter...). :P

I don't use any particular shampoo. I read somewhere that it is good to vary what you use so your hair doesn't get buildup of one particular product.

I tried some Body Shop shampoo yesterday and it was really nice to use.
