How dare they make such a stuff up

Checked my bank account and discovered that out accountant has debited our account twice by mistake, so instead of $5000 it is now $10 000. Oh yes, they have been contacted this has made me so mad. x( :td: :argh: :help:

Sorry to hear that. Don't let it get you down. They will have to refund the money once it is brought to their attention anyway.

Had this happen before but not that much money. Anyway all the banks customers who had done a transaction had it doubled, it took a couple of days to fix. Think it was on news.

They are a financial service with accountants and they charge like raging bulls (which we knew) so we expect a good outcome, but this stuff up is not good at all.

I know we will get it back, but it shouldn't have happened at all.

How funny. That happened at my bank, too. Every deposit made on a certain day was made twice. Weird.

If you do get charged extra bank fees they should be passed on to the accountant
