Hi,
Do you have favourite shop to browse in? I just love Bunnings, could spend hours in there. They could do with A/C tho, hmmm maybe not, I'd never leave then. I love Spotlight and Lincraft too, my daughter see's me heading in their direction and she says Nooooo Mum!

Ok I put my hands up to being a secret Bunnings shopper. It seems I am there at least once a week. They sell so much stuff and are open great hours. Not that I am a gardener or handy. LOL

I hate bunnings! LOL You ever tried going there with 3 kid? And when you actually know what you want, and then trying to find it.
We spent an hour in there one day, just to buy a mop LOL.

I like Bunnings too...infact I could stay in there all day just browsing :) Since we've moved into our new house we've made serval trips to Bunnings...its only a 15 minute drive from us, and the store is relatively new. Its huuuuuge, and carries a load of stock! I especially like the gardening section, and looking at all the different plants etc. :)

I thought Bunnings was a "male" domain?? Don;t tell the boys that women go there otherwise we'll get nothing done around the house.

I love kitchenware stores I could spend hours looking at all the kitchen gadgets and I've got some really funny ones and some practical ones too.

I think I'll start a new thread on that!

I love Bunnings too LOL. They have so many different bits and peices, so much sometimes that I get all confused as there is too much to look at.

I love to browse in bead shops - of course!

Other than that I'm not much of a browser really, if I've got something I need to buy I go out and buy it. But don't like just wandering around for the hell of it, drives me insane.

I am not big on gardening but I don't mind going to Garden Way at Darra ;) Its got a nursery as well as homewares - so perfect for those who like gardening and those who like homewares or those who love both! I love the candle section (always interesting and different each time I go).

Some other great shops I like are Spotlight, Tree of Life (Indian kind of shop - love the jewellery) and Dusk (when my allergies will handle it).

I hate window shopping tho (and do more of that than spending the dosh) it makes me annoyed that I can't have all these glamorous things, but then I think, well the majority of the people in the world that can't afford such things don't need them so why do I?? ;)

Bunnings - love/hate relationship.

Love that they seem to have everything there. Even stuff I've never heard of, although as soon as I see it I realise that it's something that I really need.

Hate that if I go there for something specific, I CANNOT find it. Ever. And when you ask a staff member, they tell you it's in Aisle # (being the furthest aisle from where you are) and you go to Aisle #, and the product isn't there (and in fact, there is nothing even remotely similar there) but the staff member you asked has disappeared (permanently it would seem) so you ask a different staff member, who tells you it's in Aisle ## (a different aisle than the first staff member said, but the whole rigmarole is repeated, ad nauseum)

I also love Officeworks, but again, only for browsing. If I'm looking for something specific it is too vast and I can't find it and I just get frustrated.

Ikea is fun - but often find the crowds frustrating.

This is a bit weird but I enjoying browsing in supermarkets.

I am much more of a browser than a shopper - I can never make decisions so I hardly ever end up getting anything. Great for the wallet though.

Oooh I went to the k mart sale y'day it was fab. Spent $75 on a blue mink blanket (that the cat already think it owns!), a toasted sandwich maker ($9!!), kitchen utensils such as can opener, chop sticks, cutlery drawer, miscellaneous plastic cooking tools, tongs, microwaveable bowls, measuring cups, plastic microwavable jug (noticing a theme here)... I was quite surprised! Pretty good bargains.

Am hoping to go to Spotlight tomorrow if its not too rainy. I nearly finished my 'marine' cross stitch which I started last year around October woohoo! Thank goodness. LMAO

Melissa I do too although I have never get a chance to go there - and if I did I would probably blow all my money on the non-necessities! ;)

Well, I have no clue what these store are that you all speak of (with the exception of K-Mart). I do love antique shops though. I could spend all day browsing those places. I got ripped off once though. My bf wanted an antique razor.. I spent weeks trying to find the perfect one, just like what he was looking for. I finally found it, and it was in mint condition. Yea! Right? LMAO!! When I gave it to him, he asked what I paid for it, and I told him. He said... "Oh, it's nice, but you got robbed!" grrrrrrr..... LMAO

Well, I LOVE to browse....Spotlight being my fave store. Love it when they have their big sales. Also, kmart is good...always end up buying something in there. lol And cheap stores like crazy clarkes. can't go past them. I agree 100% with Naomi said about bunnings!! Drives me nuts too.

But only really go browsing when I don't have my partner or son with me...as they both are forever saying 'ok lets go". lol So I go with my friends or my mum when I want to take my time and browse. lol Nothing worse then being hurried when your in a browsing mood.
