POLICE are investigating how a two-year-old girl died after being left by herself in a car in Melbourne's west as temperatures topped 30C today.

What a horrible, horrible thing to have happened.
The mother would already have been in a distressed state before the little one was found.
No one was to blame..........and sometimes that is the hardest to take.

what a tragic accident:headh: poor family,i really feel for them,this story makes me sad. i remember when luke was a toddler,i was a single mum and was busy vacuuming the house and he was happily playing in the loungeroom while i was up the other end of house by the time i got to lroom he was gone:headh: i panicked,started crying and shaking ran outside looked all in the yard then down the street i ran up and down looking then i ran back home and just happened to see movement in the neighbours and there was ds in the next door neighbours vegie patch playing with dirt:D i just ran and picked him up and cried:yes: i was in a real paninc too as the lake was just down the end of our street:headh: now i can laugh and joke telling him he thought he was a cabbage patch kid and he was going home:hehe: but from that experience i know how things can change so quickly:yes:
