I couldn't read the full article but it sounds very tragic.

Yes it was..........but if the fishing boat was anchored at the bridge it is his own fault (I couldn't bring up the article either).
That is a major thoroughfare.....it is like stopping to have a picnic in the middle of an Expressway.
Full marks should go to the crew of the other ferry, who got them out of the water and resuscitated the older man, who lost his leg, after his heart stopped.
