My clothes keep shrinking

I know this for a fact, because my buttons keep popping on my shirt :O

The rag trade really has a lot to answer for these days.........the seam allowance is much less, they use cheaper thread so that it never seems to take a bit of strain.and worst of all the sizings have been reduced (what was a size 12 is now really a 10).
