That's a great thing, so long as she's not adopting a child as a 'fashion accessory'.

I think it's a good thing as well. These children adopted by celebrities most of the time have a more comfortable life than most so why not. And I think she would be a great mum.

I too worry that the adoption process is being hijacked by people perfectly capable of having a baby naturally, but seemingly incapable of putting up with the inconvenience.
I was unable to read the report..........but if the child is older (5 and up), I say go for it girl...with my heartiest best wishes.

I guess it depends on if you are talking about physical or social infertility Heather. Jennifer Aniston is not in a relationship at the moment - maybe she sees this as a way to fulfill her desire for a child within the constraints of her current situation? Other people have a desire to help existing children before bringing their own into the world.
As long as the proper procedures and protocols are followed, and the adoption is in the best interest of the child I think it is a good thing.
(The adoption process in America - for both local and international adoptions - is vastly different to Australia).
