Desperate Housewives - what happened?

Can anyone give me an abridged version of what happened on Desperate Housewives last night? We were out late and I only caught the last few minutes.

I watched it, But sorry, I couldn't tell you exactly what happened :blush: Too long ago now to remember :Hehe: .
Would have thought they would have something on the 7 website, but there is nothing, only all their Aussie shows.

Here's a quick run down:

Susan and her daughter were trying to find out what Zack meant about it being his fault that his mother (Mary Alice) killed herself. Susan ends up borrowing a car and following Paul (the father) to a Juvenile Rehab Centre, while distracting the front desk, the daughter runs around to find Zack and could only get out of him that it was something in his childhood, something to do with a 'Dana'.... before she (the daughter) got caught and had to leave. We find out at the end of the episode that Dana is written on a yellow baby rug that Susan had gotten off of Paul at his garage sale (he wrapped up one of Mary Alice's glass trophies in it and gave it to her without thinking).

Gabrielle finds out that Carlos' mother is a gambling addict, so the only way she can get her way with John is by 'accidentally' taking her to a buffet at a nearby Casino, leaving her there and going to a motel with John. Of course the mother (her name?) spends all of Carlos' credit card on gambling and Gabrielle uses this to her advantage, and threatens to tell Carlos about the gambling. In the end however, the mother finds out that Carlos told Gabrielle about her problem and realises she has been blackmailed, only to work out for herself that John is Gabrielle's secret lover.

Bree and Rex have therapy again and it is suggested they have a third person watch in on their sex life to give them some pointers, Bree is horrified and decides to seduce Rex in his hotel, only she can't keep her concentration (his filafel is about to fall on the floor and she can't handle it - she has to stop it from falling off onto the floor) which makes Rex mad and he orders her out of the room. Later, he goes to their house to visit to make amends but she thinks there is more to their sexual problems that just her - he has a secret, but what is it??

Lynette has a run in with another mother in the twins' school play, who is trying to produce a 'politically correct play' about Red Riding Hood. She takes some ADHD pills and ends up winning the war with this other lady.

Someone else might remember something I have missed??..

I've been thinking about this all day ... and I can't work it out. What did Lynette take ADHD tablets for?? (she is so my favourite character).

Lynette is one of my faves too! She took the tablets because she couldn't keep up with all the work involved with the twins' play, and one of the other mothers encouraged her to take it. I think in future episodes she might get hooked on them...

LOL I don't watch ALL your tv shows :P :P

I love Desperate Housewives!But no one else i know watches it..so i can never talk about it!*L*
I've said they should watch it so they can try to understand what's going on,all the questions and mystery etc but they just think it's another 'stupid American show'
