Wanted: Young People Who Like to Write

We thought it would be interesting to have young people write about themselves for our newspaper. They could write about school, sports, what they do for fun, what they talk about with friends, music and homelife.

As most of you know, I write articles for our local paper about AFW. Their articles will be added with mine with their name. I recieve more positive comments about the articles from my readers.

Old enough to write about themselves. This is something they will do on there own with little help from others.

Hi, is this invitaion re young people still open? And how do i get their story to you>I have 2 young nephews who live in a little country town in south qld called " Esk ". They have the little country community, sports days and camping & etc
I'll ask them - they write their grandad letters, which is pretty unheard of these days.

I love to write Jo but I stopped being a young person a long time ago unfortunately. I'm well entrenched into fuddy-duddy-ness. :hehe:

Jo, my 12 yo daughter hopes to be a published author one day, something she has wanted since she was about 8 and she has always been encouraged by her teachers, so I asked her if she'd like to write for you and she jumped at the opportunity (practically ran to get pen and paper lol)

Hi.. I have an 8yo who loves to write.. and we are on summer break from school and have just got back from Sydney for holidays.. I asked him if he would like to write a story about his holidays and he said he would love to.. if you are interested in it.. I can send it to you..

My teenage son loves to write and often sends in articles or does reviews for things he reads or plays. I will see if if would like to do anything.
