Hello Ladies :)
Just curious to find out what moisturiser every one else uses for their face and what works best.
Me I tried everything under the sun, but my favorites are (in order)
Cream de La Mer (its so good, I am sticking to it now as it works great on my skin) :pam:
Kiehl's day moisturiser
Olay moisturiser
Clarins Flash Balm
Hi i use all natural or orgaincs on my skin i find they work better and dont have all the harsh chemicals in them, My skin has never looked better and it feels great I use miessence products which are 100% organic certified and for a cleanser / toner & makeup remover i use pure whictchazel and its great! :D
I just use a vitamin e cream from the body shop. A small tub lasts for ages. I've just started being anal about moisturising everyday (as opposed to when I remembered or could be bothered), but I really don't think its improved my skin much at all, in fact it might have got worse! I'm starting to think its all about what you eat rather than what you put on the outside...

I'm just ya average "off the shelf kinda - run of the mill chic !"....I guess Im a Scrooge in the sence hehe LMAO I have only just started to do the facial thingy.... I know I am a very late starter :faint: I never really bothered with it, just use to wash my face with soap and was fine with that. Never had any real problems with my skin for it to need anything... But I use the Clean and Clear.... self foaming wash - then Clean and Clear toner - then I use the Clean and Clear Moisturiser.... So far the results have been kind to me... :fairy: It's a daily chore that MUST be done.... and I think it does help with what we eat...

I like the good old Oil of Olay complete with SPF 15. Cheap but good.

I've tried a few different brands and have never really found one that I like other than Mary Kay. Although I don't have any of that left at the moment. I would like to try the new Garnier moisturiser. Has anyone else tried it? Maybe (if funds will let me) this is something I could look at creating myself in the future

I've recently discovered Kosmea. Made from organic rosehip oil and green tea. It's not cheap but it feels fantastic!! I find I'm allergic to a lot of the face creams.

i must say that over the years i have used many products on the market from the very expensive to the very cheap . buy it with your groceries in the supermarket kind of product. verdict. they all work i think it comes down to weather you stick to a routine . doing it and using the products regularly from the cheapest to the most expensive if you only use them hit and miss type of routine they may not show the results you are desiring.
at the moment due to budget constraints and also now beleiving that cheap ( inexpensive does not always equal nasty ) i am using oil of olay moisteriser the regular one not the one with spf . i have a great dislike of sunscreens . also a good scrub which is st ives apricot scrub . both products i seem to go back to over the years. DRING WATER . GREAT FOR YOUR SKIN . I should practice what i preach.
also essential oils area great for the skin . the read ones . not the cheap ones that say they are essential oils

For the moment, I'm just using a sorbelene cream until I find something else.

I use Nutrimetics, nutri-moist intense moisturising cream. Its fantastic stuff
Enriched with Natural Botanic Oils, on the expensive side but a 125ml tub lasts me over 6months. I use to use Olay but was replacing the bottle 1-2 months, so realy nutrimetics works out cheap in the end.

I use Garnier products on my face because they were recommended to me when I went to a Look Good, Feel Better program run by the Cancer Council. I use Garnier Stop Anti-Ageing Skin Refining Wash to clean my face, Garnier Stop Anti-Ageing Brightening Toner and follow that with Garnier Fresh Quenching Moisturising Fluid. These have lasted me months now and I love the orange scent that they have. I have seen these on the grocery store shelves and aren't priced too badly. They have been good for my skin as I have combination skin, oily and dry in spots. The chemotherapy really took a toll on my skin so this was a way that I could help to maintain a way of feeling good about myself whilst undergoing treatment.

I use good old sorbolene cream, I use it as a cleanser and then tone with witchhazel, then use the sorbolene again as a moisturiser. Cheap but good

:) Hi there
At the moment I am using a 100% natural product made at www.moonhaven.com.au
I tend to use natural products free of any nasties. Lush products are fabulous too and contain organic goodies......miessence is fantastic....their aluminium free deodourant works!!!!
Hope you find what you are looking for.
Hugs

I'm an Olay girl too :) I've started using another product of theirs which is put on before the moisturiser and I'm finding it is great for my skin :)
I've tried Botanics, Shisedo and Nutrimetics but I keep coming back to Olay, particularly now that they have developed it to be a better product then what it was 10 years ago.

Good morning,
At the moment I use a sun screen - Face Milk Moisturising and Lancome's Hydra Zen. I quite like them both as they make my skin feel so much softer.

I have been using Exilr8 for the past months. I stock this brand in my online store. Exilr8 is 100% Certified Organic and made in Australia. I have tested them on myself and they definitely work.:winner:

I use Sun Sense Daily Face Matt Formula SPF#30, it is so light and just gives a light covering if you go in the sun etc and NOT Oily, as I have not really used a moisturiser before, but my facial lady nearly had a heart-attack...it seems to last me 4 to 5 months...

I'm with your facial lady....I almost had a heart attack knowing that you hardly use moisturiser in the past. Anyway, I congratulate you for using moisturiser now.

I've been using Loreal Age defying cleanser, toner and moisturiser. I must admit it's excellent for my skin type. My sister gave it to me because it was too greasy for her skin. But if you're looking for a really cheap product that is fantastic, I highly recommend all products put out by "Freemans". I have used most of their products, and they are amazing value for money, while still being really effective.
