THE NSW Government has launched a television advertising campaign urging P-plate drivers to slow down as it today announced tough new rules for novice drivers.

About bloody time....and why can't the parliamentarians come back early so that these rules be put into force ASAP?

As for putting youths at danger because of the curfew, or because they cannot legally fit into a friends car.....tell me, how did they cope before they got their licences? Any responsible parent is still going to continue to collect their precious bundles from parties or whatever........I know I would, just to know he was safe.
