MORE THAN 160 beachgoers have been stung as a wind change drove blue bottle jellyfish shorewards, forcing beaches in southeast Queensland to be closed.

Yes I think so Heather.
So I certainly wouldn't have been in that water, even if they had said it was safe. But then again I don't like swimming in the ocean anyway.
