Why is it that normally i dont drop anything on my toe 1000 times a day, normally i dont kick my toes 2000 times a day and normally the kids dont step on my toe 3000 times a day ......BUT .....when i have a REAALLLY painful ingrown toe nail all of the above happens!


its like i have a magnet in my toe that attacks everything to it!!

thanks ........im not holding my breath tho considering mum recently had to get a podiatrist to deal with hers and she said it was painful1

Isn't it always the way! When we don't have sore toes, we don't notice it as much, if the kids step on them 3000 times a day or whatever. But as soon as we do, you're right, it's like a magnet. Same as any injury, because there is pain, we are constantly aware of it being knocked or stepped on.

I had to cut my toenail last night because it had started to grown inwards. So painful.

At this stage it is too painful to even touch let alone cut. Silly me forgot to do my normal preventitive clip and now im paying for it.............think i might have an infection.....oh well good excuse to have a dip in the salt water!
