Favourite position in bed?

What's your favourite position?

I have a favourite position I lay in when I'm going off to sleep.
I lay on my stomach, right leg straight and left leg bent so Bizkit can curl up behind, my right arm tucked under my neck and pillow with my hand on my left shoulder. Head facing left on edge of pillow so Sao can have my pillow. Left arm extended so Scarlett can fit under my chin.

mumble, mumble, bloody cats, mumble, grumble.... is the lullaby I often go to sleep too LOL

I'm also a lay on my tummy kind of girl. I quite often lay my head on my arms without a pillow too! It was the worst when I was pregnant, I couldn't lay like that any more!

I used to be a tummy gal but now i tend to sleep on my right side facing towards the outer side of bed, both legs curled up with a pillow between my knees (back problems) my right hand sandwhiched between my pillows and my left curled up under my chin holding the blanket up.......usually im on a slight slant so that i can see the tv which is directly (2-3M) at the bottom of bed. ................Follow all that? ...........................Good ..........................................

Yes, another tummy girl. :D I too hated it when I was pregnant, no wonder I never had a decent nights sleep!! lol

I lie with my left leg straight, right leg hooked over top of blanket. Left arm under pillow, right arm over. I face towards the window (right) and I generally wake up in exactly the same position. ;) When Kally is with us, she sleeps in the bent part of my leg. Tara used to sleep on my pillow. :)

The couple of times Max has slept on our bed, he has slept in the middle of my back! (Hence he is now banned from the bed, he is way too heavy!! :P )

I mirror you Anne. I face the window on my left ..and 9/10 times wake up the same way. Actually, I think most of us do? Don't we? I'll have to run a poll :Hehe:

Pam, you should do a poll, see which side of the bed most women prefer. :) I think I learnt to sleep on that side because I am deaf in my left ear, so if I laid on the right one, I couldn't hear if the kiddies woke in the night. Just became habit to sleep with my left ear down, so I could hear. ;)

I dont wake in the same positon, i move around waaaaayyyyyyyyyy too much!....I figure i move that much at night i dont need to exercise during the day ....so i can sit on PC all day and not move. sound fair?

I used to be a tummy sleeper!! But now that I have a new fandangled pillow which keeps your back straight - or whatever it does - I find it too uncomfortable. So now I go to sleep on my right side, facing the baby and the door. My legs are wither straight curled. My arms are usually - left one under me and my right one over my shoulder. My mum used to sleep the same way, too, apparently!!

I go to sleep on my left hand side, left leg straight, right one bent at a right angle, with my left arm under the pillow. Oh..and an ear plug in my right ear...very exact science LMAO Never wake up that way tho, some nights the sheet comes off because I've wiggled too much.

Anyways I lay on my right side facing window, arm up and under my pillow, with my left leg bent and over the top of me. I always wake up in all sorts of positions, thinking the sun has come all too quickly.. Oh and my pillow always smells nice .
