Thanks for that yes i didnt relise all the planning that goes into an engagement party O M G the invetations where to have it and the list goes on WOW. I am trying to do it all myself to cut costs. So busy busy busy now, but i cant wait i'm really looking forward to it. :faint: :D

BIG CONGRATS!!! So tell us the details... how did he propose? where are you having your engagement party? what's the ring look like? when are you planning on getting married? where (which state) are you planning on getting married?

I'm at the end of my wedding planning as I'm getting married next month :faint: and the time has flown. We had an 18 month engagement due to us moving to HK and FH starting a new job.

Wow Ok the engagement party is at the pub we meet at, I know it sounds corney but it was the only place that had everything we needed and was in the middle for all our guests. And we have hired out the pub for the whole night, Um in Melbourn
The wedding will not be for around 2 years as my man has to go and stay at Air's Rock for about a year with work, he is training to be a helicopter pilot, I will be down here as my son is down here, so when he gets back we will be buying some property in the country, putting a kit home on it and then the wedding will be on our property.
Thats why we are having the engagement b4 he goes I am going to miss him really bad ;( , but its all for our future :pam: so its worth it, and I will be able to fly up and see him during school holidays.

Oh I forgot the ring it is white gold small flat with ten square diamonds embeded in the band its really pretty and small I love it, he was amazed that I didnt want some big bling bling thing but thats not me so he is happy ha ha :D
