sureslim program

Has anyone done the sureslim program just joined haven't received program yet just wondering what it is like, and how much weight you might have lost etc.

Hi I have not but one of my auntys has and she thinks its really good, apparently they tell you what your body can and cant digest stuff like that. I'm not to sure about all that weird stuff are you into it? She has lost weight but she has to cook differant meals to the rest of the family and she said its more time consuming but its good for her. :D

I looked into it, but thought it was a little expensive for what it was. We deicded to join the gym instead.
Depends I guess what results you are after. I had read that they just give pretty much the same plan to everyone, the blood tests don't really do much.

I found this site last week, that I was thinking of joining. It looks quite good, with the food data etc, and fairly cheap to try it out and see what its about. Dietclub.com.au (http://www.dietclub.com.au/)

I had a friend who tried SS and honestly she couldnt stick to the requirements, they were so impossible, such as 5 hrs gap between meals ..not aloud bread etc. she has more success going to the gym regularly.
good luck with it, when im settled into another house ill be concentratng on my fitness more too

I have heard that Sureslim is very difficult and although they say that a diet is drawn up for each individual person, a few people have said that there diets were pretty much the same. Dietclub is a great place to go to. The Betalife program is also great. I know someone who lost more than 6kg and didn't have to really change their diet.

I've been doing the Slimplicity program through Fernwood. It's great cos I don't have to cook different meals for me. If I had to do that, I doubt I'd stick to anything...
