We have added a glossary/FAQ section to help members with easily find answers to their questions about how things work and what things mean.
All for Women Glossary and FAQ (http://www.allforwomen.com.au/forums/glossary.php)
There are 3 sections.
All for Women FAQ will list information about all the common questions we get, and information new members need to help them get started.
Abbreviations is for all the internet Abbreviations that members might use on All for Women.
Australian Terms, thought it would be helpful for our non australian friends to have a dictionary of sorts of commonly used terms.
I have added a few to start you off. Junkies are able to add and edit their own entries if they would like to help out :)
We'd love to hear your suggestions on what we should include.

Come on people .... surely you must have some feedback on this. Think back to when you were a new member, what would have been really helpful to have?

Well I know i hassled you guys with emails and PMs when I joined but i can't remember what for now! I think it was generally not being able to find things, not knowing how to edit my profile, not being able to access the weight loss support, how to see my points and wondering what they were for!! Stuff you've probably already covered. (also learnt not to email or pm!) I think it's a great thing your doing and the Aussie Dictionary sounds like a fantastic idea. I'll have to check that one out.:)

How Cool! OMG! I love the Glossary and FAQ's.
IMO there needs to be more Aussie slang def's.
But it is way cool, and so helpful.
Thank you:D

Very cool! I'll have to run and look and see what ya'll have done. When I was new, the avatars were a PIA and I didn't even know what half of the stuff down the right side was about. :) I am sure the Aussie terms will help, too!
Okay, I just looked. Maybe explain the number of points for each distinction...new member, advanced, junkie, etc. I wondered about that when I was new...

Admin....I have a question, some posts have "click here" in lieu of a full internet address, how can I do that?

Ok Firstly no I'm not blondeLMAO
If I knew how to get the photos off my phone and onto the computer that would be a really good start.LMAO
In the Australian terms this is what it says "Australian slag and colloquialism" ummm I think we might be missing an "N":P
