Hi all. I couldn't find a thread for general recipes so I thought I'd start one.
I want to share a new one I tried yesterday. I got the recipe from Huey's cooking show and made some variations.
CHICKEN & COUS COUS SALAD
Marinade chicken in olive oil, lime juice and harisa paste (i couldn't find the Harisa, but used Panang curry paste). Fry chicken and cut into strips.
Boil 1.5 cups of chicken stock then pour over 1.5 cups of cous cous.
Add chicken, red onion, mint, lime zest & juice, rocket, tomato and fetta to cous cous.
By the way, does anyone know what Harisa paste is and where it can be sourced?
