Is this weird?

Wandering around EBay, as you do ... people are selling Huggies Barcodes to claim some kind of play tunnel thing. The bidding for a set of 12 has reached $17.95 - but I imagine you still have to pay the additional amount for the toy anyway. It just seems so ... strange that people would pay for these?

I was saving them awhile ago, but gave up. Maybe I should sell them LOL.
Remember seeing people selling them when Huggies had a quilt cover offer on. Also selling Heinze lables, for that toy give away they had, the price people were paying for those :O

Hmmm, but if it's something you're going to use anyway (like nappies and wipes, or baby food) wouldn't you be better off just buying lots of packets to get the barcodes? I mean, you'll use them all eventually.

The sad thing is, I didn't even realise Huggies had this offer (and I do use their products) until I found it on EBay. To think, I could have been selling all my barcodes!

For the Heinze one, they were giving away big stuff, prams etc. So by the time you bought enough baby food to have enough codes, you would have spent as much as the pram was worth LOL. If you could buy 50 barcodes on ebay for $20-30 it worked out a bit cheaper.

Can't say I have ever been bothered with any of those offers, could have had one of everything the amount of nappies and baby food we'd been through in the last few years
