Forum Upgrade

You may have notice things are looking a little strange.

I have just upgraded the forum software to the latest version. Still fixing things up and reinstalling things. So things may look weird, or maybe broken but everything should be fixed up in a day or 2 :)

Well that explains it!!

I have been sitting here with a really stupid look on my face for the last half an hour :O . I even posted a question & started wondering if I was still a bit tipsy from the bottle of wine I had last night LMAO

Sorry to make you all think you were going mad LOL.

Still a bit of a mess around here, but hopefully won't take long to get it all back in order.

If you guys have any suggestions, or changes, please let us know. We would be happy to try and accommodate them, if we can :)

This is not a complaint or anything but I thought I'd let you know that the New Posts and Unread Posts feature isn't quite right (at least for me). It is showing a lot of old posts as new/unread posts. I don't mind really, but I thought you'd like to know :)

That is actually a new feature. Don't know about you guys, but I don't always read every new message every time I visit.
Previously, it would make new posts as read wether you had or not after a certain period on the boards. I found that really annoying and missed a lot of new posts.

This way, you now have to actually go into the post, before it is marked as read.

To start off fresh, and mark all posts as read, there is a link at the bottom of the forums, under the who's online bit Mark all posts as read. Click that and every post will be marked as read, and you can start again. :)

I am loving the new edit feature as well :) But these members ranks are getting annoying LOL

Yes, they will be back and working properly and regulary updated very soon. Just waiting for the new software to come out.
Still a few other things out of place, but makes it hard when Pam isn't here.
