It's driving me crazy - every morning, I am fully awake by 5.30am.
I think we only have another week to go until we change our clocks and hopefully it will be dark again (at least until 6.30am).
Maybe I should have looked into buying one of those eye masks. . . .

Oh, what a bugger Barbara. We have roller shutters here, so it keeps out a lot of the morning sun. An eye mask will go well with your ear plugs, you won't have a clue whats going on LOL
Yay...next week and DLS starts :)

You could try Valerian, it will help and it is not addicitive, it should help - maybe.
Hawaii sounds nice.
Sunday 30th Daylight Savings starts...and finishes April 2nd 2006 (which is very late).

Sometimes i am the same...I wake up at 8am in the weekends because the sun gets up about five and from then i toss and turn. My curtains are white so they let in a lot of the sun. I guess my body clock is used to getting up early because I get up at 6am during the week....:tree:
