Do you read replies?

Do you read the replies on threads that you post on in forums? I usually do. Sometimes I don't, if I'm in a hurry or just feeling lazy.

There is another forum I post on, there's a thread there at the moment about a *terrible, shocking, dispicable* website. I posted a reply (I think the third reply in the thread) that it was a hoax, and put a link to the site that stated it was a hoax. In spite of this, a whole lot of outraged parents have replied that this site is just the worst thing in the world LMAO (as a hoax, it's kind of lame but mildly funny. If it was for real it would be sad, and slightly disturbing).

(I have noticed that self-righteous outrage is in abundant supply on some forums. That's why AFW is so refreshing! We can laugh at outselves, and others :D )

I find that on a lot of forums too - which is why I limit the ones I'll post on now - ones that are negative I don't visit any more :)

I try to read all replies here... the new marked as read thing we have now is very helpful, so I miss a lot less.

It does make you wonder if people read anything, when you get 5 people saying the same thing.

AFW is the BEST:clap: I have been on heaps of other forums and all they do is bag and bitch about other people, that is why this is so great as everyone has a opinion and no-one gets annoyed if it a bit different...also you talk about everyday stuff and that in itself is refreshing.:winner:

I pretty much get on every morning/night to read the posts, but I've been incredibly slack in posting since I started working fulltime. I will have to make a point of posting more from now on.

In most instances I read the replies... if I don't get time I leave them in my inbox until I do.

OOoohhh I agree... some just go over the top or you can see the groups who gang up on others (no need, it's just a power thing).

I agree, very funny joke. Glad I didn't get to find out whether I'd have been fooled by it or not (have been on a certain date each year by both radio stations and newspapers). Yes people do like to get on their high horse a lot these days. I think we must be living in a complaing type of era, too much negativity. But I love this site, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.

However, working like a trojan as I have been and coming home and crashing makes it very difficult to keep up to date. This site is growing all the time, there are more and more threads to reply to everyday. Have hols soon, never taken real hols. Not that I'm going anywhere. I'm looking forward to just staying at home for a change, BUT I hope I don't use up my whole holiday chatting on this web site. I start on the 21st so if you see me posting again and again at 10, 11, 12... please look after me and tell me to get offLMAO LMAO LMAO :hug: :hug:
