Anyone been watching the series of shows hosted by the Super Size Me guy?

Last week's was interesting - going on a 30 day alcohol binge drinking session. The daughter learnt nothing from it. What amazes me is where does she get all the money from to do all this drinking?

Good show isn't it? My favourite was the first when Morgan and his girlfriend has to live on what the lowest paid in America earn each hour, a real eye-opener...terrible where they lived with ants and that...

Watched last week as well, the daughter Jessica just couldn't see anything wrong with her drinking so I think her mother doing the 30 day binge drinking, only showed her youngest what the effects can be...it would be good if they did a follow-up series to see if people have changed there lives in any way.

This weeks looks good sending a straight guy into a homosexual community, should be very interesting...

I haven't been watching it - we saw parts of the episode where they were looking for part time work so live on a budget but didn't watch the whole show.

It is on Thursday nights on Channel 10, 8.30pm is SVU, then 9.30pm The Surgeon, then at 10.00pm is 30 days, lasts for about 1 hour...

My friends call me a walking tv guide...

If I am not watching it, I will record it...:waves:

I've seen all 3 episodes so far & they are fascinating. I especially loved the first one when they were living on minimum wage. I was also amazed that the daughter learned nothing from the drinking one, though I'm glad her son did.

I love that show. I tape it every week (seeing as I'm usually snoozing by that time). I Knew that the drinking binge wouldn't work. Teenagers are just the most stubborn people on the earth. That guy that did the turn back time episode with all the steroids and things was a bit freaky too. But yeah so far my favourite was the living on minimum wage. What an amazing insight into american culture. Made me realise how lucky we are really with free hospitals and a high minimum wage.
Looking forward to this weeks with the straight guy living the gay lifestyle
Should be a hoot.
Cheers

Last night was great, Ryan did a great job adjusting to living in San Fran, with lots of different people...it was a real eye opener to hear how people are so indifferent to gay people...everyone is entitled to their opinion, but some of the bible bashers, well I just think what people do inside their 4 walls is there business...:D

Next week should be also good, white man living in a Muslim household...this show is great, such a pity it is shown so late...
