Just wondering if anyone else has tried a cat bib. I've tried it on my bird murderering puddy-tat, Sam. :meow: He got one when i first put it on him, but, touch wood **touches head**, hasn't got once since. It's probably been a couple of months since i put it on him.:)

Cat Bib...never heard of them... my Lewis is strictly an indoor cat so I don't have the worry of burying any birds.

What is a cat bib?? :dk: I was picturing something for senile cats with drooling problems. :hehe:

Both our cats are strictly indoors (except for the cat park) so no worries here either.

A google image (http://images.google.com.au/images?q=cat%20bib&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi) search comes up with lots of pics. Interesting idea.

My lot are inside only too, so we don't have a bird problem with them.

I wonder though if they make them in dog sizes, our German Shepherd likes to catch the odd bird...would need a cow bell for her :hehe:

Does sound good...but I think I prefer to keep mine inside...he has toys and comfy spots to laze...he doesn't seem to mind.

I've never heard of a cat bib either. My cat also an inside cat, unless the kids let her out. Thank god she comes back pretty quickly, unless the cat next door gives her a hiding.

When my cat Angel starts to meow I just call her name and tell her that's enough and she stops. I suppose she just doesn't know anything different.

you are lucky...i have 3 boys that are very noisy during the night and if i try to ignore them they come and poke me while I'm asleep!

Mine only do that for the first hour or so after the lights go out...so all the lights in the house go off after dinner. They have their little run around session and then by the time I'm ready to sleep, so are they. :D

Does the cat sit in a highchair??
Just joking, thats funny, a cat bib..what next!

yeah, looks funny too... what it does though is mess up their pouncing coordination...so it's harder for them to catch birds. Logical really..

Aww looks too cruel to me..I couldn't do that to my babies.

Becky I think keeping them inside is the only way to ensure that they don't hunt.
