just incase anyone is interested we are redoing our fishtank this weekend and we found this site www.theaquariumshop.com.au they have very good prices compared to pets shops:yes: e.g we bought a 2 kg bag of coloured gravel for $6.50 at the petshop the other week I seen it for $20:headh: .
So hope it helps someone:)

Thanks Sandydee. We have an aqaurium, with some rather ugly native fish, that my DH wanted. Because they are rather on the large side, and seem to be growing each day, finding somewhere cheaper would be nice. I will check it out:)
