How many cuppas do you have per day?

Be it tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. How many cups do you consume per day?

toooo many I used to be up round 30 a day but now its about 10

I have 5 teas per day.

Depends if it's the weekend or not. John is always plying me with coffee on the weekend, of which I might drink half of it and then forget about it. If I'm home by myself then maybe 3 or 4 but of the chocolate variety plus my milo before I go to bed at night. :yes:

I would have around 6 coffees a day and Im trying desperately to cut down! My pulse rate is around 80 and the doctor said thats why...I aim to have 2 or 3 but its just not happening, I have 2 teas aswell.
I was going to try the weight loss stuff 'slimfast' or something but you cant drink coffee, Id rather be fat!:cheers:

If I'm just at home then sometimes I'll just have my one coffee in the morning but if I go out or have visitors, it might be 3 a day. When I'm working I tend to drink more coffee cause it's a good excuse to get away from my desk for a while.

I usually make 2 cups of coffee (decaf) but I never seem to finish them. I'm hopeless LOL - I always make them and then start doing something else and they go cold :hehe:

I always have a cup of decaf tea though after gym.

Thats it - other than that, it's water :yes:

I go through 100 teabags in a week and a half :shh: It varies per day but at least 8 very strong (almost looks like coffee) and no sugar. Normal teabags arnt strong enough for me so i have to buy pot strength for a cup of tea :hehe: My ds has caught my cuppa habit as well and he has a cuppa tea with breakfast.

I only have a couple of teas a day,more in the cold weather or if I have visitors. Sometimes I have a hot milo when I am at work.

well when i smoked all those fantastic yrs ago i guess i would have had 20 coffee's a day but remember i only ever slept for 3 hours a night back then but these days i probably have 3 to 4 coffee's a day i only drink Tea if i am not well

I used to buy those big jars of Maxwell house and I used to have them drank within two weeks...one when I was still with my husband (he drank coffee like I did)...but I have since changed to decaf and now only have two a day, unless I am cold then I will have more to warm up my insides :)...at night now I drink tea.

Too many for me too. Somewhere around 4 cups of tea and probably 6 coffees and a herbal tea or hot choc/Milo at night. Only instant coffee though. The one I drink is Nescafe Nuvo, it only has half the caffeine level.
I wouldn't dare have ground coffee in this house - we'd all be acting like speed freaks or something!:hehe:

supa THAT is so me tooo i was worried i'd be the only one to say 10 a friend of mine and i used to drink over the 20 mark... and i feel good knowing its down to 10 even though people say omg 10!!!!
