That was the dress for her civil service, that they had before the real deal ( why do that?)

to get married in? I like the dress (NOT on me LMAO) but probably not to get married in ... although maybe her 'proper' dress was more traditional.
(She looks really happy though, and that's the main thing :))

It's her wedding...civil or no....it's her decision what to wear.

hi guys that was definitely her civil service dress as she glided down the aisle in an Angel Sanchez couture gown — created with more than 30 yards of silk gazar, most of the fabric dramatically cascading down a plunging scooped back.
The actress chose the Sanchez design — a fitted, off-white silk twill mermaid dress with shoulder straps featuring an exposed backside — almost three months ago. Six dramatic cascading ruffles of silk gazar swept the floor behind her as she walked the aisle of the historic Church of Saint Germain l'Auxerrois, located opposite the Louvre museum in central Paris. She wore a five-foot long cathedral train (the longest worn by brides), which like the back of the dress had the same cascading effect.
just some info i found for you guys, sorry there is no photo's on the web yet as she sold her photo's & story to magazines for a wop-pa of a price.
But she gorgeous anyway
Mel
Thanks Mel it sounds very flash, wonder when the photos will be released

I like it! Would love to be able to wear it :D I would happily wear it for my wedding dress too. I went traditional because it meant so much to hubby - but my friends were surprised as I am not a traditional wedding dress girl :) As for the civil service, I think it's quite common when there are issues with the legality of the service - so it means it's done legally and then you can have whatever you want. Or maybe they wanted the service to be private then did the public thing for family and freinds. Again, it's something I would happily do. I wanted to get married privately and then have a big party for everyone - but so many people were horrified, and hubby wanted the traditional thing, so we went with it. Should have put more thought into it and copied Eva!!! :D

If i had her body i would wear it 24/7.
French law states that non french citizens must marry at the civil office so thats why she had that then a huge 2nd ceramony.
I think OK! magazine has the rights to her wedding photos
