A BRISBANE household has guzzled 2.7 million litres of water since a crackdown in March but no one has bothered to ask them to stop.

bloddy sad when you see other people bucketing water to the gardens
That just proves that the various water authorities and councils in each state are nothing more than paper tigers.
Not one is willing to actually "get tough" and do it fast.
