Pan fry chicken breasts until brown. I cut my chicken in half as the breasts were quite thick. Set aside.
Honey Mustard Glaze
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1-2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Add all the the ingredients to same pan as chicken was cooked in, heat until sauce starts to thicken, add chicken breast back to pan to coat chicken with the glaze.
I served with stir fried vegies but you could do the traditional potato mash and vegies etc, bed of rice with greens on the side
