Her,s the other one great for when you in a rush.
Butterscotch Slice
1 pkt scotch finger biscuits
3/4 cup brown suger
1/2 cup custard powder
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup marg
Place biscuits in base of slice tray.
Mix custard powder and milk and stir till smooth, then add all other ingredients.
Cook in microwave for 3 minutes and stir well.
Then cook a further 2 minutes until mixture has thickened.
Pour over biscuit base.
May top with cream and decorated with chocolate or strawberries.
Best made day before to allow biscuits to form a base.
