I was listening to the radio this morning about Brangelina. Sammy from 106.5 (Sydney Station) was asking people whether Brad should have told Jennifer Aniston about Angelina's pregnancy before publicly making an announcement?

What do you think ladies? Do you think Brad should have told Jennifer Aniston before making a public announce?

If you have an ex and you are pregnant from your current relationship, will you tell your ex?

I don't know what is my answer to this one as I have never been in this situation before.

I am unlikely to ever be in that situation. I think it depends on a few things though ... like if you had children with the ex, how long ago you'd split up, what kind of ongoing contact you'd had with them etc. In general though, yes it is probably good manners to let them know personally rather than letting them hear on the grapevine.

On another note - HOW on earth did she keep it hidden for five months ... even given she doesn't have much of a bump, she is nonetheless in an industry where she is scrutinised constantly, how did no-one notice before now? (And maybe he had told Jennifer?)

I don't think it is any of their business. Not meaning to be harsh or anything but why would you call & tell them?

It would be almost like me calling up an ex when I got pregnant with DS1 just to tell them I was pregnant.

Hello....It's none of Jennifer's business any more as to what Brad does or doesn't do. Their relationship is history, over, kapoot!

If you were on good terms with an ex, I guess it'd be like telling a friend. But I don't think there should be any expectation of telling...

The only time I would tell an ex that I was pregnant is if we were still on good terms and if we had children together but otherwise it's none of their business really.

It's not as if Jennifer Aniston has been sitting at home pining, cause there have been pictures galore of her and Vince Vaughan splashed across the magazines for months now.

People need to also realise that probably only 10% of what we read in magazines is actually true and what business is it of people's anyway. Even though they are stars they still deserve privacy in their private lives. Then again if they did publish naked pics of Brad again, I'd be sure to look...lol

Why even bring Jennifer into the equation? They are divorced. They are leading new and separate lives. It's not like they have dibs on each other...

I agree that in normal circumstances it is probably none of your ex-partner's business but in those "star" lives where nothing seems normal, it might have been kinder if Brad had've told Jennifer beforehand just so she could have prepared for the onslaught.
