i know this is a strange one, but perhaps you know of someone who is looking for a pottery kiln? I would appreicate any help on this sale.

me too. i had researched how much it would cost to put into storage for a year or two along with my potters wheels, clay, glazes etc... the sad thing was it would cost more than the items themselves.

on the upside, the money from the sale will pay for some bills.

now i just need to put the set up of my studio and kiln etc back onto my long term goal list. i want to live in Queenscliff ,victoria with a studio and my online business paying my bills by the time i am 45.

I have always wanted to learn to do that sort of thing, I really loves it at school.

What sorts of things did you make? Any chance you could share some pictures :)

i am sure i could find some photos somewhere....

i made large decorative urns, large mosiac tables, table ware.

long before my career moved into the corporate zone of leadership development and HR, I was a studio artist.

four years spent at uni upto my neck in clay, cement and paint. i am pretty handy with the blow torch too! (don't ask lol!)

I will have a fossick around and worse case scenario take new photos of a couple of thing that are around the house.
