Question for our US pals

Hi ladies.

I was wondering if any of you could direct me to some official tourism websites for the US and specifically ones for California, Washington, and New York.

Do you have any government run official sites ? We do here. I have been googling all day and am not having much luck finding the actual legitimate official sites.

i'll check for you..i'm assuming you're coming here to travel?! i know some great places in new york and washington that you should definitely visit, but i guess if i give you a list of names, that won't help you too much!

the last one i see CONSTANTLY in new york..it's pretty popular. did i get what you needed or no?! if you want a list of those places, let me know! i can even give you addresses and everything. there's so many neat stuff in new york and i know alot about it, since i'm only 20 minutes from there. :)

Its actually for someone else who doesnt have internet access (and is too scared to join the online revolution!!) who I am helping planning a big trip for them.

I lived in the US when I was a teen so I did see a fair bit then - tho with our dollar coming close to matching yours at the moment I may be tempted after looking at your websites - to take myself on a trip !!!!
