Coke or Pepsi

Of those who drink cola, what is your preferred drink?

I'm a Pepsi Max girl, during summer drink way way too much of the stuff. Have the ocassional taste of coke and whoa the difference in tastes really hit you LOL

Definitely coke for me although i have cut down i used to drink way too much.

LOL Hubby and I were having a debate about this last week when we were buying drinks for the soccer club canteen.
I won- hehe- we sold heaps more coke than pepsi on the weekend- about 80 cans of coke and only about 15 cans of pepsi.

I think Pepsi has some kind of 'fake' taste, I can't describe it anyway I do drink coke although I have limited it a lot during the last month and I hate diet Coke.

Wouldn't drink any no name stuff either. Though Jake bought a 12 pack of tiny LA Ice bottles for the kids. They weren't too bad. I drink them when I have run out, they are only allowed them once in a blue moon.

I only like the 1.25 bottles. Cans taste funny, and 2lt and 600ml get a funny taste half way through.

I prefer something like Ginger Beer or Mountain Dew (not that I drink soft drinks very much). Actually, I drink alot of Tonic Water.

I know what you mean. Though I don't drink much soft drink, if I do, that's typically coke.

All the people who rarely drink softdrink I applaude you! :) I try and limit my soft drinking sessions to weekends when we might have a take away or go to the movies. I have never ever had ginger beer tho, what does is taste like?? Is it anything like ginger ale! LOL? :P

They are similar but not the same. Only try Bundaberg if you are going to give it a go, it's the nicest by far.

Not really a cola drinker either, but if I do drink one, more likely to be coke (could be because SIL works for CCA so it just happens to be around?).

I've cut right down on drinking softdrink lately but I usually buy one 1.25L bottle of Pepsi Max or Diet Coke each week. I don't mind either but I probably prefer Pepsi.

I also don't mind Double Sars and it brings back lots of childhood memories for me. I can remember a few years back I was friends with this girl who's husband was ex US Navy. One of the US Navy ships were in town and we had some of the guys come out and stay with us for a few days and when they were leaving, the Australian Navy gave them a heap of food and drink, etc and they gave them Double Sars and they hated it so much that they threw it overboard and got in a bit of trouble...lol

They had a bit of a cheek really when you think that they drink Dr Pepper so I can't see why they wouldn't like Sars. Dr Pepper is a really acquired taste but I don't mind it.

i am coke girl... i have been known to ask at the pub if its postmix and change to a lemon lime and bitters if its pepsi or scwheppes for that matter.

like most on this string, i am trying to cut down and drink more water, rather than coke...

but my preference when drinking would be a can, followed by glass bottle... i think it tastes better than a plastic bottle.

I used to drink a lot of coke (A LOT!!!) and then I decided to stop. I changed to diet coke and then stopped fizzy drinks all together and just drink water and juice. But I went through both coke and pepsi....i have no preference as long as it's diet, the non-diet ones taste like pure syrup to me now,......LOL

I very rarely drink soda, but my choice is COKE! Pepsi is too sweet and syrupy for me, COKE has a much better fizz. I luv their commercials and songs are catchy. I like the polar bears and penguins comercials with the Beach boys song...

Coke all the way for me. Pepsi if thats all there is. I used to drink heaps of diet coke. One day i broke out in massive hives, i went to the allergy clinic and got no answer. They got that itchy i used to get hubby to scratch them with a hair brush just to get some relief. Not long after my lips would start swelling and it wasnt too long after that my eyelids would start swelling. I was on mega doses or antihistamine. This went on for about 3-4 years. Anyway one day i ran out of diet coke so i was drinking normal coke and a couple of days later i hadnt had any need for medication and i realised i hadnt drank any diet coke. To this day i havent drank any d/c and i havent had any need for antihistamines either.

Im a full Coke girl myself,but being pregnant..i have discovered the not to bad tasting Pepsi Light,No sugar,No caffine...and to me..it tastes just as good as 'normal' pepsi..and when i can find it..Coke Zero is pretty good too,but trying to stay away from caffine/sugar
