wear hats to wedding anymore?????
I'm going to a wedding on saturday and I'm wearing a hat. Being as it's the time of spring carnivals there are hats everywhere and having a wedding to go to is just my excuse to buy myself a beautifull black and white hat.
I'm just hoping that I'm not the only one there with one on:uhno:.

Haven't really thought about it as I don't wear hats ever. I'm sure though that given the season and the event no-one will really worry if you do. Sounds like fun!

If its an out door wedding I definately would. I wore a hat to my own wedding :hehe:

No one wore hats at Al's wedding...but that could have had something to do with the fact that it was raining and had to be moved indoors. :hehe:

I would wear a hat to an outdoor wedding, not an indoors one though. :)

I was actually thinking about that recently too when I saw a wedding on TV and a lot of the guest were wearing hats! Regardless of what others do now, I think that wearing a hat to a wedding is great and would definately do it particularly if it is outdoors :) Have a great time Deb :)

i'd also wear it if it was outdoors. BUT if you want to wear it if the wedding is indoors, go for it. who cares what anyone thinks! i'm sure it'll fit your outfit nicely too. hope you have a great time! :)

Personally I don't believe I would because I'm only 5ft 5....pop a wide brimmed hat on Kekka and she looks like a giant mushroom! :hehe:
PS - I can't handle hat hair either!! :uhno:

Well I have an appointment with the hairdresser tomorrow to get my hair done and I'm taking the hat and she is gonna do it so when I take the hat off I just have to do some minor alterations and it's fine............but don't forget if it looks horrendous I've got a wig so I'll just pop that on and I don't have to worry about hat hair. I just didn't want to wear the wig because it could get a wee big uncomfortable with a wig and a hat on me head. LOL.
