Patric, I think you have to join in too. Kay had a pretty poor excuse, I think she was just taking the opportunity for a bit of a gloat :P Doesn't blogger post date posts Kay? You really need wordpress.

I don't think it does Leigh, if it did, I definitely would be in NaBloPoMo :P

Well at least I don't THINK it post dates....you can write posts and save them until you are ready to publish but you have to be physically on a computer to publish it. :(

I will have a play today to see if I can make it post date....if I can, I'll be in it :D

I can help you move to wordpress if you like, much better than blogger IMO and allows you to do so much more.


Sorry, sound a bit like a Jehovah's witness or something. Perhaps I need to start going door to door perching about blogging and wordpress LMAO

I think most of my text content is across now (resorted to cut and paste) and now I just have to put in the photos again. :)

Stormy - why didn't you just export it, thats what i did when changing from Blogger to WP
and very easy to do. Yell if you want help :D

I lost a whole heap of archives when our crappy host crashed for a week and I hadn't backed up properly. I managed to extract the text but I will have to C&P (about 80 posts) to reinstate them. I feel your pain. That said, this was over a year ago and I still haven't got around to it yet ...

Yay, finally getting somewhere....sort of :blush:

John suggested when he got home that I do the exact opposite of what is suggested in the support forums and who knows, I might get lucky. I did that with my themes and plugins and now they are working. Unfortunately the Import tool is still not co-operating so I will have to manually plug in my photos but at least I have an easier editor to work with :D

Glad we got the bugs and...oppes sorted out ;) Seems to be running smoothly now.

However, the more I look at that cat, the more it annoys me. Why would someone go and edit it to make it's eyes blue..it looks so wrong. :hehe: don't mine me.

Heather if you click on my signature it will take you to my new improved blog. :D We had a bit of err....technical difficulties but now it is all up and running. I just finished copying across all my old posts manually from Blogger...for the second time :P

Leigh if you take a look now, pretty much everything should be there. The blue eyes annoy me too but other than that I love the layout. :D The next challenge will be to make my own banner for the top of it that ties in with the theme but that'll be a job for next year I think when I feel that my life just isn't full of enough challenges and I need another one LMAO
