I only have the one, Briar who turned two last month, she is very precious indeed, after my daughter was told she wouldn't be able to conceive, then she was born Prem and spent a risky two weeks in intensive care, I love her to bits

I'm planning on not having grandkids for a looooong time.

A couple months ago DD1 said 'Don't worry mum, I'm not going to have a child until I'm 14'
I had to explain the problem with that and she's now changed it to 30! :hehe:

I have four grandchildren. Three girls, one boy. And a boy due to be born very soon. So by early January I'll have five. Whoopee..bedlam at granny's house.:hehe:

Laura good thing you explained to DD1. My son was 28, had finished college, had a great job & first home bought before he blessed me with Colton.
Sandy grandkids are a joy. The love you fill for them is like none other. You can see your life continuing with them.

We have 5 little darlins. 3 boys and a girl in Hawaii by ds. Then we have the 6 month old that lives with us.
I would not trade them for the world. :y:

I have 2 grandkids both girls 5 & 6 yrs. It breaks my heart I dont get to see them. My son has no contact with his ex even though he has tried. My other 5 kids havent got kids yet. They are 23 yrs, 2 x 12 yrs and 2 x 11 yrs so I will be waiting a while for the younger 4 but maybe the 23 yr old ? :hehe:
