Can Anyone Help Please!

I know that this will probably sound silly to most of you girls, but please how do I get a picture to appear under my name.

I have tried everything I can think of, but still can't get it to work.

Appreciate some directions.

Go to user cp at the top of the page then on the left side there is a thingy saying change avatar. Click on that and you can browse you hard drive and I think there may may a part you can one off the net. I have mine on my hard drive. Btw thats the pic that shows on msg's right? That's the one your after?
