Body Drama.

i saw this book on the news and it really caught my attention. i thought i might share it with you ladies, especially those of you who have daughters that are going through physical changes, getting their menstrual cycle, developing, and also thinking that they don't have a nice body and compares beautiful models to themselves. it also talks about zits and everything that a young girl might have questions about. the author is nancy redd and i was actually thinking of buying the book and giving it to becca once she matures more, since she might feel uncomfortable coming to me and talking to me about these things.

i think it just came out here, so maybe it'll take awhile for it to come by you?! not sure, but it definitely explains so much and things that i wanted to know growing up, but felt uncomfortable to ask my sister or mom. so by me saying that, i feel like when the time comes, she'll really be glad i gave it to her and won't feel AS uncomfortable with her body like so many do already.
