Excuse me if I don't have all the correct terms.... but I have recently discovered the joys of reading blogs via bloglines (we live in a rural area and have sloooooooooooow net acces so this is great) and I was wondering if there is a way for me (on my blogger blog) to fund out how many people might be reading my blog through a feed reader??

You can find the number of people subscribed to your feed in Google, and bloglines. But the best way to track your feed readers all in one place is to use Feedburner (http://www.feedburner.com).
It's free and easy to set up, and they have a great step by step guide (http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/help/blogger_quickstart) for how to set it up for Blogger..here (http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/help/blogger_quickstart).

Sing out if you get stuck :)
