I was just wanting to call on you ladies to share what you find is the most effective fastest way to clean the window tracks?

My lease is up here in march and i want to start doing the bulk of the major cleaning incase i do find somewhere else, Then i can just do a quick clean of things when the time does come.

Also if you have any other hints etc on any other aspect of the final clean, or things i can start doing now in preperation please share!

Thanks

Just use some Jiff Manda, that will clean them up. :D

Use a dry old tooth brush first to get out any dust in the tracks especially under the rollers.

I just run the vac over them once a week while I'm doing the rest of the house.....then a normal household cleaner for anything left behind if I can be bothered :)

I am in favour of the good old tooth brush, have found it handy for lots of cleaning places, round the tapes, round the plug holes, the seal track on fridge, corners of windowsills, endless little tool

Manda if you really want to go to town, get Mark to blow them all out with the air compressor while you follow behind with the vacuum...works a treat :D
